The Prince George’s County Committee of the MD Lynching Memorial Project will hold its next meeting on Sunday, April 28 at 2:00p at the University Christian Church in Hyattsville. The purpose of the meeting is to organize and begin planning a series of community remembrance projects in the county to commemorate the five documented lynchings that occurred here. Even if you weren’t able to attend our initial meeting in March, we welcome your participation as we move forward with this important work.
