The Prince George’s County Committee of the MD Lynching Memorial Project will hold its next meeting on Saturday, June 1 at 10:00a at the University Christian Church in Hyattsville. The purpose of the meeting is to continue to organize and plan a series of community remembrance projects in the county to commemorate the five documented lynchings that occurred here. Even if you weren’t able to attend previous meetings, we welcome your participation as we move forward with this important work.
